GTA V Mythbusters: #1Abandoned Mine Shaft

The mine shaft may have been used by gold miners to get deeper into the mountain to mine for gold. Mine shafts are not as common in southern California as the Gold rush occured in northern California which makes the shaft suspicious. Players have found a way to enter the old mining tunnel, to find only that there is a stone wall behind it. The boards are not a solid board door as you can see a black interior behind the boards leading people to believe the shaft is enterable. In the next gen GTA V games, the shaft is openable by firing a Rocket Launcher at the door. Inside are railroads, dead ends and several different mining tools, proving that it was used to mine a lot of things (most likely coal, not gold).

Location:

Entrance located near Great Chaparral

Story:
On the first track of the road, there is an Easter Egg at a fork in the shaft with a dead body laying across the tracks. Some people believe this is the last body linked to the Infinity Murders. It could also be a part of the Murder Mystery for the next gen consoles, as the shaft is only enterable on next gen consoles.

Here is a gamer video inside of mine:
